Patient Removable Implant Bridge
The Patient Removable Implant Bridge, or PRIB, is an implant-retained removable appliance. Patients can remove this solution for improved comfort, hygiene, and maintenance while still receiving the benefits of osseointegrated implants.
Burdette’s PRIB utilizes locators that the prosthesis “snaps” onto. This allows the patient to remove the PRIB, maximizing comfort and providing added convenience for maintenance or repairs. Plus, the implants combined with a removable prosthesis provides patients with osseointegration for bone preservation, helping to prevent further bone loss. With a cast chromium cobalt frame for added strength and stability and the customization of acrylic and added teeth, the PRIB solution combines the best of fixed and removable restorations.
